Saturday 13th September Games
NSB 1st XV Vs Bishop Vesey 1st XV 10:30
Bedford School U14 a Vs Warwick School U14 a 15:00
10:30 Game.
This looked like being a close game from the KO, the game swung both ways but the main reason that NSB lost the game was their incosistant kicking of the ball, they basically kicked away pocession in the late stages of the game and gave BV too much momentum which they finaly took full use of. Good control from both sides, another game that was a pleasure to ref.
15:00 Game.
Wasn’t sure quite what to expect but these were both well drilled and prepared teams that just wanted to play rugby, although the score looks one sided the game certasinly seem that way and I again have to congratulate both teams especially on the discipline at Rucks and Mauls.
